The Author
Elsa C White
Elsa C White is drawn to the places where a family's private mythology turns into something stranger. Caul of Ravens began as a single image, an Ouija board on a kitchen table, and grew into a multigenerational story about a family's inherited magic and the costs that come with it.
The Memoir of the Crucible takes the opposite approach: no invented magic to soften the truth, just a direct account of what it meant to grow up inside one particular family, told plainly and without apology.
Elsa lives in Baker City, Oregon, and is currently at work on new fiction.
